We’re honored you’re considering joining us. Passage Expeditions was created to offer more than just travel—it’s a return to what’s real. These experiences are intimate, off-grid, and designed to help you reconnect with yourself, the land, and what truly matters.

Before we head into the wild together, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment at Time of Purchase or Deposit Option: To secure your booking, you may choose to either pay in full or place a deposit. If you select the deposit option, the remaining balance is due prior to the start of the expedition. We also offer payment plans through Klarna to make things more accessible.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Expedition Viability: All payments made are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your booking, we offer the option to reschedule for a future trip, subject to availability and with reasonable notice.

If your trip does not meet the minimum number of participants to run, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. In this case, your payment will be applied as a trip credit for any future Passage experience.

Passage Expeditions also reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, dates, accommodations, or other aspects of the trip if necessary due to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances. If we need to cancel or significantly alter your expedition, you will be offered the option to transfer to another date or experience.
